- QUALITY! Many parts & accessories purchased at a discount online are of inferior quality to most bike shop provided items. We take your safety seriously.
- We are an authorized warranty & service center for most parts. Many items purchased online, especially from overseas are not warrantable.
- Even though we cannot always match or beat online prices, many times we can offer discounts on labor. Customer provided parts incur full labor charges.
- We can offer consultation on parts needed. More often than not, we have seen customers bring in the wrong parts needed to fix their bike.
- In the end, support your local bike shop. Bike shops are not a lucrative business and we want to continue to be around to support our cycling community.
